Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds, exchanges or credit notes for change of mind on any one-off items which includes vintage furniture, original art and objects and made-to-order products. Our descriptions are as detailed as possible, but if you have specific needs or criteria, please ask us any questions and we will be happy to assist.
All items are checked for any faults before being dispatched. All vintage items are restored by our expert team, however it is important to note that vintage pieces often display signs of wear, and a vintage patina that we believe contributes to the value and unique character of each piece. It is important to maintain a high standard of care and maintenance to ensure the longevity of your special find. See here for general care instructions or contact our team if you have any questions.
Should you receive an item that does not meet your expectations, please contact us at sales@moderntimes.com.au with a photo and details of the issue, and we will be in touch as soon as possible with a solution.
In Stock Items
For any item that we hold repeatable stock of, we offer a limited return policy. This policy covers in-stock prints purchased in store, and some homewares and objects (return policy details can be found on individual product pages).
These items may be exchanged or returned for store credit. They must be in the as-sold condition and returned to Modern Times within 14 days of purchase or delivery date.

All purchases made on sale items are final.
Warranty
If in the unlikely event that the goods you ordered do not perform the key function or pose another major problem, please contact the team at Modern Times on 03 9913 8598 or email us at sales@moderntimes.com.au as soon as issue arises.
Vintage items are sold on an 'as-is' basis and have a limited warranty of 90 days. Vintage items are often 50 years old or more – appropriate care must be taken with all vintage and antique items. We will gladly repair or replace (if neccessary) any item that fails to perform its key function within this period.
