Gianfranco Frattini (1926–2004) was an architect and designer. He is a member of the generation that created the Italian design movement in the late 1950s through the 1960s.

He worked closely with the Italian master of design, Gio Ponti, before opening his own studio in Milan in the 1950s.

He is remembered for his holistic and elegant approach to design, and the Sesann series is among his most sought-after collections.
