Leaf and Thread handmade ceramic pots reflect a deep affection for the natural world and bring a sense of wellbeing and quiet enjoyment to our inside spaces. Laura first began making plant hangers so that her indoor plants could catch the light from outside. Laura hand-makes her ceramics, and glazes and fires all her work in her East Brunswick studio, co-located at her partner’s picture-framing workshop, Woodworks Framing.

Each planter features a drainage hole for direct planting. Every piece is handmade and glazing is fluid and layered. Each pot is therefore unique but also variable.

Small is the perfect fit for terrarium sized plant pots, little cuttings, or hoya varieties.
